About Us

Because coaching is a collaborative process, it is essential to choose a coach who is a good fit for YOU.

Our Purpose

Three coaches united out of a shared concern for the integrity of the coaching profession, wanting to protect its reputation and safeguard the experiences of neurodivergent individuals seeking coaching. We have linked in with various training providers and have put all the information you need together. We have even created green and red flag identification lists in order to improve peoples experiences and outcomes of Coaching.

Mission Statement

Divergent Nexus is a platform enabling neurodivergent people (diagnosed formally or self-identified) to find coaches with the right profile and qualifications.

Our aim is to distribute accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on coaching services for neurodiverse people in Ireland, creating clarity on what coaching is, how coaching works and define what an ethical coaching service should look like.

Through integrity, dedication and high ethical standards, we are committed to supporting individuals with ADHD in receiving the gold standard of support through coaching.

Our Motivation

Claire, Siun and Guillaume have all witnessed the coaching industry’s significant growth in recent years, particularly the increase of ADHD coaches. Through feedback from community members, they have encountered numerous accounts of coachees experiencing unprofessional and unethical practices at the hands of improperly trained or unethical coaches.

In the absence of statutory regulation of the coaching profession, it is essential to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to help them make informed decisions when selecting a coach.

Through Divergent Nexus, we want to help people understand what to expect from coaching (and ADHD coaching specifically), what to look for in a coach, what to ask, so that they can form a healthy partnership with their chosen coach, in a safe environment.
